Today’s almost gone; tomorrow’s a new day
A chance to let mercy wash the hate away.
See through the pain to what God has planned
A greater purpose, a guiding hand.

My brother Adam
He was given status, angels paid him respect
All except one never came correct
The story began, the test is true
A lesson for us in all that we do
From earth he was shaped, a soul breathed to life,
Walked in bliss, untouched by strife.
Then a whisper came, soft, deceitfully kind,
And led him astray, stole the peace of his mind.
One taste, one slip — the curtain fell,
The world grew vast, from grace they fell.
Yet in that fall, the mercy began,
To err is human, to return is the plan.
Then down they went, they had to descend,
To live in the struggle, and learn to amend.
Just a moment of forgetting, their hearts misled
We must strive to remember what our Lord has said.
Words were sent down, light upon light,
“Follow My guidance,” what's wrong from what's right.
For your Lord is Forgiving, the one Most Kind,
The Healer of hearts, of soul and mind,
Banished, yet blessed, with a purpose anew,
To walk the earth and seek what’s true.
For every child of Adam must fall, then rise,
That’s how the heart learns where mercy lies.
So when I stumble, I’ll remember His name,
Forgiveness was written before our blame.
The door’s still open, the promise still clear
Return to your Lord, He’s always near.

Brothers in Forgiveness
Seeking God’s greatness
So how can I hold onto this chain?
When my Brother's stories make it plain:
The mercy we seek, we must first give again.
To forgive is to set your own soul free,
For a forgiving heart is what Heaven will see.
Fall and rise, return again,
Just as God forgives the hearts of men.

From the garden’s fall to the ocean’s deep,
Every soul will stumble, every heart will weep.
But mercy calls through storm and pain
To rise again, to rise again.

My brother Yunus
He ran from the call, his heart full of flight,
Swallowed by ocean, an endless night.
He had turned from his duty, thought he knew best,
Now in the deep, he was put to the test.
Overcome by darkness, in the belly of the beast,
He still glorified his Lord and did not cease.
Took all that he had, a soul stripped bare,
Found a prayer in the deep, a cry of despair:
"There's no god but You, glory to Your name,
I have wronged my own soul, I bear all the blame."
That courage to admit his fault was the key,
Unlocked the vault and his spirit set free.
The mercy of God tore the darkness apart,
Threw him back to the world with a second-chance heart.
Wave after wave, he did not waver,
Made it to the shore, restored by God's favour.
And from that dry land, a vine did grow
Life bloomed in his heart, and we came to know...
As long as I have God's grace, I will prevail,
From beneath the deep, for dry land I set sail

Brothers in Forgiveness
Seeking God’s greatness
So how can this heart hold a grudge, or keep score?
When the One I need most has an open door.
The mercy we seek, we must first learn to give,
To truly let go, and in freedom, to forgive.
Fall and rise, return again,
Just as God forgives the hearts of men.

But what of the wound from a brother's hand?
The deepest cut in all the land?
From the belly of the whale to the dungeon’s stone,
Each trial reminds — we’re never alone.

My brother Yusuf
A boy with a dream, beloved and bright,
Thrown in a well by his brothers' spite.
Their jealousy cast him into the night
But God had a plan — gave his heart true sight.
Sold as a slave, yet his faith stayed pure,
Tested by trials, his patience was sure.
Betrayed and accused, by lies entangled,
Left in prison, by fate he was strangled.
But to adversity he was no stranger,
Surrounded by darkness, yet safe from danger.
Their dreams confused, yet calm he remained,
With wisdom and vision the truth he explained
Released and raised to a power so vast,
He saw his brothers bow, from a vision past.
He said, "No blame today, let the past be undone,
God’s compassion is wider than the harm you've done"
He could’ve punished their guilt, their greed,
And let vengeance grow like a poison weed.
But if we seek Jaanah, our hearts must concede
That compassion, not anger, is strength indeed.

Brothers in Forgiveness
Seeking God’s greatness
God, give me the strength to be like my brothers
Yunus - from the seed of despair, a green vine grew,
Life after death — His promise is true.
Now when I falter, I remember that tale,
Forgiveness is freedom — His love will prevail
God, give me the strength to be like my brothers
Yusuf was betrayed, accused, and left in chains,
Still patience and mercy ran through his veins
To choose compassion when vengeance calls
That’s how a wounded soul stands tall
Mercy is power, and not a flaw,
The purest reflection of God’s divine law.
My brothers taught me how to see
That forgiveness truly is the key.
If I forgive as they forgave,
Perhaps my soul will be one of the saved
Mercy flows — from Him to me,
Forgiven, forgiving, eternally.

God, grant me the serenity To accept the things I cannot change,
The courage to change the things I can, And the wisdom to know the difference.

Peace to my brothers, Adam, Yunus, Yusuf who helped see me through
Gave me the strength to forgive, and they can teach you too
So that we can learn to love and live,
May God forgive those who forgive
